AerisL reads both the email body and any PDF attachments. Text is extracted from the PDF using our document parser and fed to the AI alongside the email body. If the same field appears in both, the higher-confidence value is used.
You do not need to change your email address. AerisL gives you a dedicated forwarding address (like invoices@inbox.parsepilot.in). You simply CC or forward emails to that address — your existing email setup stays unchanged.
The AI handles format variation gracefully — it reads email content the way a human would, not by matching a fixed pattern. Unusual formats generally parse correctly; truly unreadable emails go to your review queue.
Every parsed email gets a confidence score. Low-confidence extractions are flagged in your dashboard for review. You can correct a field in one click, and the corrected data is written to your spreadsheet.
Yes. Email content is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your data to train AI models. Access to your data is restricted to your account and workspace members. We maintain an audit log of all access.
