Terms of Service

By accessing or using AerisL you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AerisL.

AerisL provides AI-powered email parsing — extracting structured fields from business emails and delivering them to connected spreadsheets or via webhooks. The service is provided “as-is” and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

• You must be 18 years or older to use AerisL.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may not share accounts or create accounts for the purpose of evading limits.
• One account per person; team access is managed through workspace invitations.

One credit is consumed per email successfully parsed. Credits are non-refundable unless the parse failed due to a system error on our side.

Free plan: 100 credits per calendar month, no rollover. Pro plan: 2,000 credits per month, up to 1,000 unused credits roll over to the next month. Top-up credits never expire.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid technical failures.

You agree not to use AerisL to:

• Process email content you do not have the right to access
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email to your inbox addresses
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law, including DPDPA 2023 and GDPR where applicable

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You retain all rights to the email content you process through AerisL. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

AerisL, its logo, and all product interfaces are our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from our service without written permission.

AI extraction is probabilistic — we do not guarantee 100% accuracy on all emails. Always validate critical financial data. The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of AerisL is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
