Privacy Policy

AerisL (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered email parsing service operated from India. Our service is accessible at app.parsepilot.in. Contact us at hello@parsepilot.in.

Account data: your name, email address, and password hash when you sign up.

Email content: emails forwarded to your AerisL inbox address. We process these to extract structured data according to your schema. Email content is stored encrypted in AWS S3 and retained for 90 days by default.

Usage data: credits consumed, parse events, webhook delivery logs — used for billing and product analytics.

Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. We store Stripe customer IDs and subscription status.

Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, and session identifiers for security and debugging.

We use collected data to:

• Deliver the email parsing service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (email verification, parse notifications)
• Detect abuse and enforce our terms
• Improve product reliability and features using aggregated analytics

We do not sell your data or use your email content to train AI models beyond the immediate parsing task.

Email content is sent to Google Gemini API for AI-based field extraction. Google processes this data under their API terms of service. We send only the email body and attachment text — no metadata that identifies you personally is included in AI prompts.

We share data only with:

• AWS — S3 storage for email content; SES for outbound email
• Google Gemini — AI extraction processor
• Stripe — payment processing
• Your connected apps — Google Sheets / Excel, only when you explicitly connect them

All third parties are contractually bound to process your data only for the purpose we specify.

Email content is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@parsepilot.in with your request. We will respond within 7 business days.

We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 in S3). Access tokens use short expiry (15 minutes) with secure refresh token rotation. We follow OWASP security guidelines.

We use a single httpOnly session cookie for authentication refresh tokens. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
